The recipient of the report is informed about a certificate. This can be used when sending an approved certificate to a venue for registration.
Certificate state changed
The recipient of the report is informed that the status of a certificate has changed. The new state is provided with AlgoCertificateStatus(3022).
Certificate revoked
The recipient of the report is informed that the certificate has been revoked. This can be used when revoking a registered certificate from a venue.
